What You’ll Do

• Lead project teams, manage resources, and align efforts to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate business process mapping and gather system requirements with clients.
• Develop and present to-be process documentation and solution strategies.
• Oversee NetSuite configurations tailored to client needs.
• Apply best practices and industry knowledge to solve complex client challenges.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
• Maintain a strong focus on client success and relationship development.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree (accounting, business, finance, IT, or related)
• 4+ years of experience working with NetSuite (implementation or end-user)
• NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant, Financial User)
• Demonstrated leadership in team and resource management
• Full lifecycle NetSuite implementation experience
• Previous NetSuite consulting firm experience
• Strong understanding of business process improvement and ERP strategy
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with key NetSuite process areas: Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report
• Experience with: Consulting Firms, Staffing and Recruiting Firms or Healthcare Staffing
• Additional modules: OneWorld, SuiteProjects, Advanced Financials, Fixed Assets
• 3rd party solutions such as Bullhorn ATS, HRIS, Payroll 

Work Environment & Travel

• Remote-only position for U.S.-based candidates

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 – 160,000 USD and will vary depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the role, skill set and level of experience. 

What You’ll Do

Lead NetSuite implementation projects from requirements through go-live:

• Facilitate workshops with operational leaders
• Design NetSuite solutions for integration workflows with ATS, and payroll solutions
• Configure and customize NetSuite (customizations, integrations, workflows)
• Build test scenarios, manage cutover activities, train users
• Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize post-implementation
